Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks, but the product will not be shipped out until the check has cleared.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Currently we must charge an additional 7.8% sales tax to all orders placed from Washington state. Effective July 1, 2008, we will need to collect local sales tax based on the destination on the shipment or delivery.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No. We do, however, ship to all 50 of the United States.
Q. Do you accept foreign currency?
A. No, all prices are listed in US Dollars.
Q. What if I change my mind about a product I have already ordered?
